Meals are available by reservation only. After completing your reservation, you will receive a 'Meal Order Exclusive Link' through which you can check the details and place your order. There is a Seicomart and a 7-Eleven about 5 minutes away by car. If you head towards Niseko, you will find supermarkets and convenience stores.

Yes, families with children are more than welcome. Age categories and rates: - Preschool children: Free of charge when sharing a bed (no limit on the number of children) - Elementary school children: Up to 3 children can stay (additional charges may apply depending on the plan) - Junior high school age and above: Considered as adults for pricing purposes Booking details: Each room has a maximum occupancy for adults (junior high school age and above). Accommodation exceeding the adult capacity is not allowed, but up to 3 elementary school children can be added as extras. Please note that rooms are designed according to the standard capacity; therefore, space may become limited when including children. Reservation notice: If you encounter difficulties entering the number of children in the reservation form, please inform us of the number of children through the inquiry form.

Age categories and rates: - Preschool children: Free if sharing a bed (no limit on number) - Elementary school children: Up to 3 can stay (additional charges may apply depending on the plan) - Middle school students and above: Adult rates apply Regarding reservations: Each room has a capacity limit for adults (middle school age and above). You cannot exceed the adult capacity, but up to 3 elementary school children can be added separately. Please be aware that since the room is designed for the original capacity, it may feel cramped if the total number exceeds it including children. Reservation request: If you are unable to input the number of children in the reservation form, please inform us of the number of children via the inquiry form.
We apologize, but you cannot reserve a room for five people if the capacity is only four. Please consider booking an additional room.

For stays of 4 nights or more, we provide basic cleaning and bed-making during your stay. Schedule: - Morning of the 3rd day - Morning of the 7th day - Morning of the 10th day *For stays of 3 nights or less, we do not offer cleaning or bed-making during your stay. If you do not require cleaning or bed-making, please inform our staff in advance.
It is possible that the 'Reservation Deadline of Four Days Prior' has passed, or it is already 'Fully Booked'. If neither of these applies, please contact us through the 'Contact Form' on our official website (https://takibi-camp.jp/ja/contact/).

At our facility, we ask guests to separate waste into three categories: 'kitchen waste', 'bottles, cans, and PET bottles', and 'other waste'. Detailed instructions on how to separate and the locations to dispose of them will be provided by our staff at check-in.
Properly sorted trash will be collected. On the day of check-in, we will provide you with special trash bags sorted into 'organic waste,' 'glass bottles, cans, and PET bottles,' and 'other waste.' Our staff will give you detailed instructions on waste disposal on the day. For guests staying multiple nights, we will provide new sorting trash bags during daily trash collection. Please note that we cannot collect cardboard boxes or Styrofoam boxes you bring. We ask that you take them back with you.
You can park one vehicle adjacent to the campsite.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please bring your own ashtray and be considerate of those nearby. All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking.
The checkout time is 10 AM. Late checkout is not available.
You cannot use fire for cooking inside any of the rooms. Please use outdoor facilities or cook at the center house. We offer rental IH cooktops for use in your room. You can cook in your room with these, but it is limited to dishes that do not produce smells or smoke. If you have any questions, please contact us through the inquiry form on our official website.
You may enjoy music outdoors during the day. However, we kindly ask that you keep the volume low to avoid disturbing other guests. Please refrain from playing music, whether indoors or outdoors, after 8:00 PM.

You are allowed to drive out and return by car until 8:30 PM. As a general rule, we ask that you refrain from moving your car after 8:30 PM. *This is not applicable in emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
Yes, you can play in the plaza after checkout. Please inform our staff by the day before.
Yes, you can reach us using public transportation. You can take a bus from JR Sapporo Station via Kutchan Station, or from Sapporo via Rusutsu by bus, but please confirm the current schedule in advance. Please check the 'Access' information on our website.
We do not provide shuttle service to the ski resort.
Rusutsu Resort is about 15 minutes away, and Niseko Ski Resort is approximately 25 minutes away by car.
The appropriate clothing for outdoors varies greatly depending on the season. However, even in summer, the nights can get quite chilly, so it's recommended to bring a thick hoodie or fleece. During the winter, temperatures can drop below freezing even during the day, so please wear warm clothing.
We provide everything necessary for camping. You can arrive empty-handed. However, for added comfort, we recommend bringing a change of clothes, beverages and food (if not using our optional services), insect repellent, and rain gear or an umbrella.
You can park your first car adjacent to your campsite. For the second car and any additional vehicles, the parking location will vary depending on the reservation status on the day. Please consult with the staff upon your arrival.
Air conditioning and heating are installed in the log houses, dome tents, and container houses.
The Center House is available for use 24 hours a day. Please refrain from eating and drinking inside the facility.
We apologize, but we only accept credit card payments. Reservations and payments cannot be made with cash or bank transfer.
Log houses, dome tents, and container houses are equipped with refrigerators that include a freezer.
Microwaves are installed in the log house, dome tent, and container house. Additionally, the center house offers shared microwave ovens and toaster ovens.
Each room is equipped with heating facilities. However, the perceived temperature may vary depending on the room type. Regardless of the room, we recommend staying with warm clothing such as thick socks and fleece.
Whether a room has a toilet or not depends on the room type. Please check the 'Room Details' page on the reservation page. All attached toilets are equipped with bidet functions.
The lights-out time is 8:30 PM. After this time, barbecues and conversations outdoors are not allowed. Please enjoy the campfire quietly.
There are several hot springs nearby. Just a 5-minute drive away is 'Makkari Onsen,' famous for its open-air baths. Additionally, a 20-minute drive will take you to 'Niseko Kira no Yu' and 'Kyogoku Onsen' as well.
Whether the rooms have showers or not depends on the type of room. Please check the 'Room Details Page' on the reservation page. *Shared shower facilities are available only during the Green Season (April to November).
Our facility rooms do not have bathtubs.
Projectors are installed in the log cottages and dome tents. We do not provide or rent out DVD players, but you can use the built-in video streaming apps on the projectors.
The shower rooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
The heating facilities vary depending on the room, but we offer FF-type kerosene stoves, warm air conditioners, hot carpets, and electric bed sheets, among others. The specific equipment installed may differ depending on the room type, so please check the information for each room on our official website under 'Rooms Accommodation'.
There are communal toilets and showers located about 80 meters away from the dome tents and containers. The communal showers are available from April to early November.
There have never been any bear sightings within the premises of our campsite to date. (As of 2025) However, as the surrounding area is rich in nature, if you are concerned, please check the latest sighting information or contact us via the inquiry form on our official website. There are no special playgrounds, but there is a large open space and a forest where you can walk around. Please ensure children are accompanied by a guardian during walks.
We offer rental fire pits free of charge. During the green season (April to November), there are fire pit spaces near the barbecue decks of each room where fire pits are set up. In the winter season (December to March), guests can enjoy a shared fire pit area. Our staff will provide detailed information about the location during check-in, so please feel free to ask.
We offer BBQ grill rentals for free (with a BBQ net included). During the green season (April to November), they are set up on the barbecue decks of the guest rooms. In the winter season (December to March), they are set up in a BBQ house that can be used during winter. If you order the barbecue option in the winter season, you can use the BBQ house.
Yes, we offer rentals for gas stoves. During the Green Season (April to November), they are provided on the outdoor wood decks of each guest room. In the Winter Season (December to March), they can be used inside the Center House.
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food. Free cooking utensils and tableware rental available, so you can enjoy BBQ even without bringing equipment.

We have salt, pepper, soy sauce, herb salt, and salad oil.
You can rent an electric rice cooker or a traditional rice pot. Please check the 'Rental Items' page for more details.
We have ice available at the center house, and you can use it in your drinks.
After washing the rental items in the room with the equipped kitchen, please return them to the return basket at the Center House.
Items such as charcoal, firewood, fire starters, and beverages can be purchased at the Center House 24 hours a day through unmanned sales. Please return rental items to the Center House's designated dish return basket by the time of check-out.
We provide toothbrushes.
Bath towels are available for rent free of charge.
Hairdryers are provided in some rooms, such as log cottages. Additionally, hairdryers are always available in the shared shower space (April to November). They are not provided in other rooms, but we offer rentals, so please feel free to ask our staff if you need one.

You can rent dishes and BBQ equipment for free.
For the rental cooking equipment, items with limited quantities may occasionally be unavailable due to being lent out. Additionally, we do not accept advance reservations for rental items.
Yes, we offer lanterns for rent for nighttime use. Please feel free to request one if needed.
During the summer season, we provide indoor insect repellent vaporizers. Mosquito coils are also available for rent, but they cannot be brought indoors.
Yes, charcoal can be purchased on-site. It is 1.5kg for 500 yen.
Yes, you can purchase firewood on-site. The price is 1,000 yen for 10kg.
Fire pits are provided at each accommodation. Simply purchase fire starters and firewood at reception to enjoy your bonfire.
Only handheld fireworks are allowed. We also provide buckets for extinguishing. For safety reasons, aerial fireworks and stationary fireworks are not permitted. You can enjoy fireworks until 8:30 PM.
Yes, BBQ is possible even in rainy weather as each room's barbecue deck is equipped with a tarp.
During green season, enjoy your private bonfire spot at your accommodation. In winter, use the shared bonfire area. Firewood is available at reception.
At our facility, campfires directly on the ground are not allowed. Please use a designated fire pit in the specified area.
If you're having trouble lighting charcoal or a campfire, please feel free to ask our on-site staff for assistance. Our staff are available to help with lighting barbecues and campfires until 8 PM.

During the winter season (December to March), you can have a BBQ in the BBQ house. Reservations are required. If you would like to book, please contact us via the inquiry form in advance.
There are hardly any venomous snakes, but caution is advised regarding hornets and ticks. It's recommended to take preventive measures such as using insect repellent spray.
Building igloos or snowmen, and sledding are recommended. Make sure to take proper measures against the cold and ensure that a guardian is always supervising.
There are small streams and irrigation channels along the boundaries of the campsite, so please be cautious. When exploring, always ensure that children are accompanied by a guardian.
Stag beetles and rhinoceros beetles inhabit the area, but their numbers are decreasing every year. Taking insects home is prohibited, so please enjoy observing them only.
The cherry blossoms bloom annually from late April to early May. You can check the blooming status via a live broadcast on our official YouTube channel.

At present, we do not accommodate stays with pets. We are considering offering pet-friendly accommodations in the future. Once preparations are complete, we will announce it on our official website.
The outside temperature at the campsite varies greatly depending on the season and weather conditions. Even in summer, it can get chilly in the morning.
